| 4. FOSTERING A COLLABORATIVE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

Skill building and direct services (mediation, facilitation, and dialogue) for school administrators and staff, including:
- Support in running more effective meetings including school site council, student study teams, staff, special committee, and parent meetings (including ELAC)
- Design and facilitation of group meetings focused on: strategic planning, team building, developing shared goals and visions, etc.
- Design of processes to engage staff, parents, and students in shared decision-making
- Dialogue and community building between school members and the larger community
- Mediation of workplace conflicts including issues like different work styles, shared work space, cultural issues, differing expectations, rumors, and gossip, between: teachers, staff members, and parents
