PCRC believes that neighborhoods will become vibrant by resolving conflict, advocating for more resources, and increasing the community members’ civic and neighborhood engagement and safety. Based on PCRC’s many years of experience working in our local jails and juvenile hall, PCRC understands the value of working with justice involved individuals is essential to supporting a vibrant community. We strongly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn conflict transformational skills regardless of their location. By working with them and their families on critical communication and de-escalation skills and supporting jail staff, PCRC intends to create pathways to for empathy and respect.
