Financial Sponsorships

Since 2009, PCRC has fiscally sponsored and partnered with the Jewish-Palestinian Living Room Dialogue Group of San Mateo for their unique and successful approach to facilitating dialogue in our community. These relationship builders celebrate over 26 years and over 300 meetings of local Muslim, Christian, and Jewish women and men, ages 20 to 80, an international model of successful engagement and face-to-face communication that has had worldwide impact.

Their experience is that “an enemy is one whose story we have not heard.” Their organization has co-produced five cost-free films modeling a listening-to-learn approach and successful relationship building: Peacemakers: Palestinians & Jews Together at Camp, Dialogue at Washington High, Crossing Lines in Fresno, Abraham’s Vision: Graduation Day, Dialogue in Nigeria: Muslims & Christians Creating Their Future and 20 Years of Palestinian-Jewish Living Room Dialogue [1992-2012]. All the films stream online, and over 16,000 cost-free DVDs have gone to educators and facilitators in 50 states and 99 countries on every continent.
